## Meet Jodi Business ownership has always been in my blood. I grew up in an entrepreneurial family, and my very first job was working in my dad's business. Watching him build something from the ground up taught me the value of hard work, integrity, and taking care of people. After graduating from college, I realized that working for someone else wasn't the right fit for me. I was happiest when I was creating, building, and helping others succeed. Over the years, I worked in real estate, property management, human resources, and franchise consulting, where I helped people find businesses that aligned with their goals and dreams. Eventually, I realized I should take my own advice. That realization led me to open **TL Floor & Design**, and it's been one of the best decisions I've ever made. For the past three and a half years, I've been focused on building a business that puts people first. I know choosing new flooring can feel overwhelming, so my goal is to make the process simple, educational, and stress-free. I want every customer to feel confident in their decisions and enjoy the experience from start to finish. At TL Floor & Design, we're committed to creating a true five-star experience. We believe in honest advice, clear communication, and treating every customer like family. My personal goal is to create raving fans—people who not only love their new floors but also feel genuinely cared for throughout the entire process.
